Venue SIX10 is my favorite modern minimalist wedding venue in Chicago. Click here to read the blog that features this venue and many other top venues! Venue SIX10 has an all white clean aesthetic that is a great modern blank canvas for any wedding decor. There is a stunning walkout area with a view of the lake with modern glass walls that makes for a sleek background for portraits. Just steps from the entrance you will find endless areas along Michigan Avenue for portraits. Some of the most popular places are Grant Park, The Buckingham Fountain and Museum Campus. If you are looking for more of an urban feel for you portraits you can take a stroll along Michigan Avenue.

Natalie and Tyler had a beautiful summer day for their wedding. We started at the Blackstone Hotel and The Hilton Hotel.  Natalie had not one but three first looks to start the day which included a first look with her grandpa, her bridesmaids and her groom. We stopped at Grant Park for wedding Party and couples photos. The day was carefully thought out by Natalie and Tyler which included every single one of their loved ones. I enjoyed the very unique inclusions of Natalie’s first dance with her Mom and how she invited her Mom and her Grandpa to walk her down the aisle.
