Braxton & Abbey were married on Labor Day weekend this past fall and I cannot say enough about how great the day went. I don’t know where to begin when chatting about this amazing venue. I call it the wedding dream village. Its a huge property dedicated to weddings located in New Windsor, IL. There is small lake, a location called the Brooder House which houses the bridal party, The Big Red Barn which houses the reception, a ceremony site with a gazebo surrounded by willow trees and its also a vineyard, you heard me right ! My mind was on creative opportunity overload. Thank goodness Braxton & Abbey agreed to let me hit all the opportunities the land offered. We got a little bit of everything. Photos on the dirt road at sunset, under the willow trees, a first look in the grape vines we got it all. Which is why it was so extremely hard to narrow these down for this blog. Abbey & Braxton live in rural Illinois both working in farm and agricultural related field where they first met so it was only fitting they had a barn inspired wedding. Abbey and I went to the same high school and I had the pleasure of spending the day with old friends and their families so it was even more meaningful to be a part of their day.
